Amrita Dhindsa is a communications professional with over 22 years of global experience. Amrita’s experience spans working in-house for multinational aerospace and technology companies, a PR agency, and broadcast and print media in Asia and the United States. Amrita has experience in corporate affairs, public relations, brand reputation, and journalism. She stands out as a communicator with a commitment to a global approach and people-first leadership style.

Over the past one-and-a-half decades, Amrita has held several communications positions at The Boeing Company. She relocated to the United States in 2018, and is currently based in Arlington, VA. Amrita currently leads Business Development Communications for Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) and serves on the Business Development and Communication’s leadership teams. Her team partners with the company’s program and sales teams, Boeing’s global supply base and a network of PR agencies to deliver growth, manage corporate reputation and mitigate risk. Her ultimate focus is on differentiating Boeing as a partner of choice for government, military, and industry customers around the world.

Before her positions in the United States, Amrita spent a decade in the Boeing New Delhi office leading communications for the India and Southeast Asia markets. As Boeing’s presence grew in the region, Amrita was critical in establishing effective relationships with the media, analysts, and industry partners in the regions.

Amrita’s previous corporate experience has included working with Dell EMC and Hewlett-Packard. She also has an extensive broadcast history, working for CNN’s Moneyline and began her career in journalism at CNN World Report.

Amrita has a Master of Science degree in Communications from Boston University and Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University (J.N.U), New Delhi. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Arjun, and their twin boys; trekking and camping; reading political commentary and non-fiction; and listening to music.
