Nicole Moreo has a proven track record of looking beyond metrics and developing analytics programs that have a direct impact on strategy optimization and business outcomes for her clients. With 11 years overseeing the Analytics functions within PR and Communication Agencies she has perfected the ability to tell a holistic data story across an audience’s journey and is at the crux of Nicole’s passion and expertise. She integrates data points across the entire marketing and audience ecosystem to identify the trends and insights that lead to smart, sophisticated strategies and support ongoing business efforts.

Nicole recently started at the Director, Customer Insights North America at LinkedIn. In her role, she oversees a team of Analysts supporting the North America LinkedIn Marketing Solutions division as part of the Customer Science team. Our mission is to combine the Power of Data, Technology & Behavioral Science to equip customers with the tools for growth.

Before joining LinkedIn, Nicole served in a leadership position at the global Communications/ PR agency Ketchum as EVP, Head of U.S. Analytics overseeing and guiding a team of analysts across 13 industry sectors and integrating with multiple specialties. Using the latest ideas in digital, statistical, analytical and market research, Nicole is known for moving beyond the basics to uncover an innovative analytics approach that supports a program before, during, and beyond—a holistic approach to execution.

Prior to her time at Ketchum, Nicole built the Analytics practice, also identifying emerging specialists that could support the efforts, at Peppercomm, a PR/ communications agency based in New York City. Her role also focused on leading key integration efforts as the practice came to fruition and thrived.

Nicole is a frequent speaker at events and conferences where she focuses on the future of research and analytics, and the critical role the practice plays in the evolving strategic communications and marketing landscape. Previous speaking events include: BMA (Business Marketing Association), PRSA, PCMA, PRSA Travel, Social Media Week, IPR Bridge Conference, ACC Forum, IPR Measurement, AMEC International Summit, Ragan PR Measurement, and PWorld.

Nicole is the North America Chapter Chair and sits on the International Board for AMEC (International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communications). In her role, she supports the industry education and transparency around data, research, and measurement. She was also accepted as a member of Chief – a private network designed for the most powerful women in executive leadership to strengthen their leadership, magnify their influence, and pave the way to bring others with them. Nicole was named one of the “Top 25 Innovators in America” by The Holmes Report (PRvoke Media) in 2016.
