After a successful tenure in PR (including head of innovations group at C&W), rob founded one of the first social listening/intelligence firms.  By 2010, the firm was named “leader” in enterprise social listening by Forrester.  He continues to pioneer new approaches to transform unstructured “conversation” data into predictive navigation solutions that tie data (and value of communication) to business outcomes to help c-suite navigate through challenging environments.  He has spoken at dozens of leading conferences and has been cited for his contributions to the industry by many leading organizations (ESOMAR 250, “”Pioneer” SI Labs, Market Research Council, director WOMMA etc).  Rob was on the first MRX subcommittee on social listening ethics.  Converseon was one of the first platforms to apply AI to social data (2008) and continues to advance the field through innovative technology solutions.
