Ashley Chauvin brings almost 20 years of experience leading integrated communications programs for Fortune 500 companies. She is currently EVP, Head of Enterprise and B2B Communications, Corporate Reputation for MSL, where she oversees MSL’s portfolio of enterprise and B2B clients and provides executive oversight of client teams in this area. Since coming to MSL in June of 2022, she has driven MSL’s B2B offering, working in collaboration with digital, strategy and creative partners to drive cutting-edge solutions for clients and elevate current work. She leverages experience in building corporate reputation programs, executive visibility and influence, issues preparedness and response, owned and paid storytelling content development, digital marketing, etc. From 2020 to 2022, she led communications at PSEG Long Island, restructuring the communications department; realigning marketing, customer service channels, traditional internal and external communications; and navigating a 24/7 crisis cycle including everything from storms and emergencies to front-line worker guidelines. With increasing responsibility and creativity, Ashley became a trusted member of the executive leadership team, guiding PSEG through shifting consumer expectations, sustainable energy goals, a regulatory environment redefined following a crisis event, and workforce management for a post-covid era. She led the company’s communications strategy to reach more than 1.1 million customers with essential information across earned, digital and internal channels. She served as a daily counselor to the enterprise C-Suite as the company navigated complex Long Island matters. She built these skills at Edelman in the decade before, deftly running multi-million-dollar global accounts and as a founding leader of Edelman Business Marketing. With clients like Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, she helped redesign the marketing funnel with digitally directed thought leadership to shape reputation and drive sales. Prior to joining Edelman, Ashley worked at Rubenstein, where she was responsible for creating and implementing large-scale media campaigns. She began her career in local politics and campaigns across New York State.
