Mac Worsham has more than 25 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, and brand positioning with the world’s leading professional services organizations. Mac is Managing Director and Strategic Positioning and Talent Engagement Leader of Purpose and DEI for Deloitte US, the largest professional services organization in the United States with over 160,000 professionals. He previously served as Chief Communications Officer for Deloitte in the US from 2016 through 2023.

Mac joined Deloitte in 2005, leading corporate communications across various areas of the organization. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mac held various communications, marketing, brand, and public affairs leadership roles across a range of industries, in addition to earlier career roles in municipal finance and as a US Senate legislative aide.

Mac currently serves as a Board Trustee of the Institute for Public Relations and as a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and Forum-Group.  Additionally, as a long-standing, ardent human and animal rights advocate, Mac serves as a Board member of HealthRight International, as well as a member, supporter, and volunteer of the Human Rights Campaign, GLAAD, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and Mercy for Animals.

Mac earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University. Mac lives in Stamford, CT.
