Steve Cody is Co-founder and CEO of Peppercomm, a strategic integrated communications firm with offices in New York, San Francisco and London, Steve is responsible for overall agency direction and management. He also leads the firm’s strategic planning unit, business and product development and agency marketing. Steve is honored to have been named one of Northeastern University’s 100 most successful alumni. The Holmes Report named his blog (http://www.repmanblog.com) best in the industry and awarded his podcast a Silver SABER. He is a regular guest columnist on Inc.com and has co-authored a book titled, “What’s Keeping Your Customers Up at Night? (McGraw-Hill, 2003).

Steve has appeared on CNBC, which also profiled his firm’s use of stand-up comedy for professional development training. Steve’s been featured in a number of national media such as Chief Executive Magazine, Entrepreneur and Fast Company. He is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society, the Civilian Public Affairs Committee at West Point and Northeastern University’s Corporation and is past chair of both the PRSA Counselors Academy and the College of Charleston’s Department of Communications Advisory Council. His hobbies include ice, alpine and rock climbing as well as stand-up comedy. He’s also raised money for such charities as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Autism Speaks and Young Survival Coalition. Steve is married and has two children and two dogs. Speaking of the latter, Peppercomm was named in honor of his late black Lab.
