- Consistently attends ELEVATE meetings and quarterly calls
- Attends IPR in-person and virtual gatherings when possible
- Participates in mentorship and networking opportunities with the Board of Trustees
- Serves on an IPR Center of Excellence
- Participates in IPR research projects, committees, or task forces-Contributes thought leadership
- Introduces new perspectives, trends, and talent
