Paul Davis has overseen corporate communications at Roivant Sciences since 2016. Roivant is a biopharmaceutical and health technology company focused on improving the discovery, development, and commercialization of transformative medicines through the application of technology. We have brought over 40 drugs into development and have generated four FDA approvals to date. Over the past six years I have helped steer the company through multiple catalysts including 1) the largest capital raise ever disclosed by a private biotech company; 2) multiple successful public listings for subsidiary companies; 3) an unsuccessful Phase 3 clinical trial readout in Alzheimer’s disease; 4) eight successful Phase 3 trials for endometriosis, uterine fibroids, prostate cancer, and psoriasis; 5) a $3 billion transaction with a Japanese pharmaceutical company; and 6) numerous M&A transactions. This past year I helped the company navigate the appointment of a new CEO and a successful public listing on Nasdaq. I studied European history as an undergraduate at Harvard and a graduate student at Princeton. I have organized and moderated panel discussions at Roivant with a wide range of guests, including Atul Gawande, Kathleen Sebelius, Ezekiel Emanuel, Siddhartha Mukherjee, Oliver Stone, and Gen. Stanley McChrystal. Prior to joining Roivant I worked for the New York Public Library. I live in Manhattan with my wife, Samantha.
