The German Public Relations Association (DPRG) was named today as Official
Conference Partner of the European Summit on Measurement, June 10-12, 2009 in
Berlin.

DPRG joins the Institute for Public Relations and the International Association
for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC) in staging the event.
It is aimed at communications professionals from corporate communications, public
relations, market research and evaluation agencies.

Barry Leggetter, Executive Director of AMEC, said: “We expect to see delegates
from all parts of the world. The reputation of the DPRG in advancing the understanding
and measurement of communications will help ensure strong representation from
the important German market.”

Ulrich Nies, President of DPRG, said: “Demonstrating the value of communication
is a major challenge for professionals all over Europe. International corporations
and researchers based in Germany have worked in this field for many years and
brought together their knowledge within the framework of the DPRG. We are looking
forward to share this experience with colleagues, and to learn from best practices
from all over the world.”

On behalf of the DPRG, Professor Dr. Ansgar Zerfass from the University of
Leipzig will join the international advisory group planning the event.
