Jeanne LaCour is the Executive Director, Global Media Relations, Financial and Business Development Communications for Bristol Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company committed to discovering, developing and delivering innovative medicines to patients with serious diseases.

Formerly, Jeanne LaCour was the Vice President and Global Leader for Supply Chain and Enterprise Function Communication at Johnson & Johnson, the world’s largest and most diverse healthcare company. In this role, she was responsible for defining, advancing and implementing global communication strategy for supply chain across Johnson & Johnson’s three business sectors – Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Consumer Health, the global Deliver organization as well as Quality & Compliance, Environmental Sustainability and Technical Operations & Supply Chain Strategy. Jeanne was a member of the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Leadership Team.

Jeanne has more than 20 years of strategic communication experience having led communications strategies in dozens of high-profile, complex situations across a range of industries including healthcare, financial services, industrial products and transportation. She is recognized for her ability to create and execute engaging communications programs to inform and influence stakeholders, develop and lead effective teams, and build brands while advancing business goals.

Previously, Jeanne was Vice President of External Communication at Voya Financial, a U.S. based retirement, investment and insurance company. In this role she developed and implemented corporate thought leadership programs to amplify company voice and perspectives; led the enhancement of Voya’s social media capabilities; oversaw external and internal communications for legal, compliance, risk and corporate responsibility; and represented Voya on the 30% Club Steering Committee. In prior roles, Jeanne served as Managing Director at Teneo, Principal at Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery (now called Finsbury Glover Hering) and began her career as a producer and financial news journalist at CNBC.

Jeanne is a graduate of Dartmouth College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and Columbia Business School where she earned an MBA and was awarded the prestigious Bristol-Myers Squibb Fellowship.

A native of Houston, Texas, Jeanne lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
