Kelli Parsons brings deep expertise and experience in journalism, agency and corporate leadership to her role as CEO of Hill & Knowlton, a full-service global communication firm and strategic partner for business and brand transformation. Most recently, Kelli served as global chair of corporate affairs and advisory, helping clients solve challenges and capitalize on opportunities at the intersection of corporate strategy and communication. 

Previously, as chief communication and marketing officer for Fortune 50 companies, she focused on value creation and protection during large-scale transformations. Kelli led the multi-stakeholder communication strategy for United Technologies, including its acquisition and integration of Rockwell Collins, spins of Carrier and Otis as independent public companies, and $74 billion merger with Raytheon. 

Kelli rebuilt corporate reputation during the historic turnaround of Fannie Mae, the $3 trillion housing finance company. She authored the Progress platform, successfully repositioning Fannie Mae with policy makers, investors, financial institutions, employees and consumers. Kelli navigated a hostile political climate and managed complex legal and regulatory matters and special situations including a CEO transition and investor activism. PRWeek recognized Kelli as a Most Powerful Leader and Fannie Mae as Communications Team of the Year. 

Kelli is actively involved in the progression of the communication profession and development of its future leaders. She is chair of the board of trustees of Page and a trustee of the Institute for Public Relations.
