IPR President & CEO Frank Ovaitt was quoted in last Wednesday’s edition of South Dakota’s Argus Leader on the unfolding scandal of Three Cups of Tea author Greg Mortensen. Ovaitt spoke to the Sioux Falls periodical on steps Mortensen can take to rehabilitate his tarnished image.

“A key element is having thought through who are the critical stakeholders. What do they care about, and have you been doing the things they care about?” Ovaitt said. “How do you communicate that?” he added, “and, finally, you measure the outcome, as well, to see if it is doing any good.”
