Workplace gender discrimination is a topic often convuluted with misunderstandings and disagreements on the nature of sex differences and their relevance in the workplace. However there are justice-based reasons for WGD that are necessary to consider when creating policies.

Recommendations

Policy makers should ground gender diversity initiatives in this comprehensive and evidence-based understanding of the benefits of workplace gender diversity.
