Gainesville, Fla. — The Institute for Public Relations is excited to welcome seven new members to IPR ELEVATE, a diverse and select membership community of high-achieving leaders who are catalysts for growth, change, and innovation through the support of the insights-focused mission of IPR.

In 2024, we welcome new IPR ELEVATE leadership with IPR Trustee Jamie McLaughlin, CEO and co-founder of Monday Talent, and Jenn Francis, current IPR ELEVATE member and Corporate Communications Leader at Accenture, will chair the membership. Janine Savarese, CEO of NextTech Communications, will serve as vice-chair.

Launched in 2022, IPR ELEVATE has grown its ranks to 36 with the addition of these communications leaders.

IPR ELEVATE consists of accomplished communication professionals at mid- and senior-level positions, boasting a minimum of 10 years of experience across various industries and backgrounds. Membership is determined by the IPR ELEVATE Committee, which is comprised of esteemed CCOs, agency leaders, nonprofit executives, academic professionals, and executive search leaders.

As IPR ELEVATE members, these leaders will gain access to cutting-edge research, in-person and virtual events, and valuable opportunities for learning, networking, and mentorship with IPR Trustees. They will also contribute to IPR Commissions or Centers of Excellence, as well as designated committees or task forces. The next deadline for applications is on February 16, 2024.
